Return & Exchange Policy

At Jersey Genius Co, every uniform is custom-made specifically for your team. Because our products include personalized player names, numbers, and team branding, all items are produced after final design approval. The policies below explain our return, exchange, proof approval, and production policies to ensure a smooth ordering process.

 

Custom-Made Orders

All Jersey Genius Co products are custom manufactured after order approval.

Once a design proof has been approved and production has started, orders cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

 

Before approving your proof, please carefully review:

•  Player names

•  Jersey numbers

•  Sizes

•  Colors

•  Design details

 

Approval of the proof confirms that all information is correct and ready for production.

Order Approval Process

Before production begins, every order goes through a design proof approval process to ensure accuracy.

​

Customers will receive a digital proof of their uniforms showing the full design, including:

• Team name

• Player names

• Player numbers

• Colors

• Logos and graphics

• Overall layout and placement

​

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the proof for accuracy before approving it.

​

Please verify the following:

• Player names and spelling

• Jersey numbers

• Sizes

• Team name and logos

• Colors and design elements

 

Once the proof is approved, the order will move into production.

Important

Approval of the proof confirms that all information is correct. Jersey Genius Co cannot be held responsible for errors that were present on an approved proof, including:

• Misspelled player names

• Incorrect numbers

• Incorrect sizes submitted

• Customer-submitted roster mistakes

• Design elements approved during proofing

 

Reprints required due to approved proof errors will be billable as a new order.

Mockups & Color Accuracy

Digital mockups are created to help visualize the final design.

​

Due to differences in screen displays, fabric texture, lighting, and the dye-sublimation printing process, colors may appear slightly different on the final product than they do on screen.

​

These minor variations are a normal part of custom apparel manufacturing and are not considered defects.

​

By approving the design proof, customers acknowledge and accept potential color variation.

​

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate sizing information for all players.

​

To assist with this process, size charts are available on our website.

​

Because all products are custom produced:

• Jersey Genius Co is not responsible for incorrect sizes submitted

•  Returns, refunds, or free reprints are not offered for sizing errors

• Due to manufacturing tolerances, sizing is approximate and may vary by up to 1 inch

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order.

​

Production Timeline

Standard production time is typically 3–4 weeks after payment is received and the order is submitted for manufacturing.

​

Please note:

• Production timelines may vary during peak sports seasons

• Rush production is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing

Shipping Policy

Shipping transit time begins once production is completed.

​

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, Jersey Genius Co is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once an order has shipped.

​

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may result in additional shipping charges or delays.

​

Returns & Refunds

Because all items are custom-made, all sales are final once production has started.

​

Returns or refunds are not offered for:

• Incorrect sizes submitted

• Approved designs or artwork

• Spelling, numbering, or roster errors

• Color variations between screen mockups and printed fabric

• Customer-submitted design changes after approval

 

Manufacturing Defects

If an item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, we will gladly correct the issue.

In these cases, Jersey Genius Co will replace the affected item at no additional cost.

​

Manufacturing defects do not include:

• Minor color variations

• Alignment tolerances

• Fabric texture differences

• Issues related to approved designs or submitted information

Reprint & Error Policy

If an error occurs due to Jersey Genius Co, we will correct the issue free of charge.

​

If an error results from customer-approved proofs or submitted information, reprints will be billable at standard production cost.

​

Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted designs submitted with their order.

​

Jersey Genius Co is not liable for trademark or copyright violations resulting from customer-provided artwork.

​

Order Agreement

By submitting an order and approving the design proof, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to the policies outlined above.
