Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Lead Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after they are placed.

  • Please allow a lead time of 3-4 weeks from the date of order for your item(s) to be produced, packaged, and shipped. This lead time applies to all standard/custom items unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Times & Methods

  • Once your order has been shipped, transit time within the continental U.S. is typically 5-7 business days via standard shipping.

  • If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, or if you choose an expedited shipping option, delivery times may vary.

  • For international orders, transit time depends on the destination and carrier; please allow up to 10-21 business days after shipping.

Order Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after placing your order.

  • Once your order ships, you will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can track its progress.

Delays & Exceptions

  • The 3-4 week lead time estimate does not include delays caused by customs, carrier issues, weather, or force majeure events.

  • If there is a delay beyond the expected shipping window, we will contact you with updates and an estimated new delivery date.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Jersey Genius Co., every uniform is made-to-order and customized specifically for your team. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds on customized products once an order has been placed.

However, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, misprint, damage, or if the garment fails prematurely under normal wear and tear, we will gladly exchange it for the same item in new condition.

 

Policy Details:

  • No Refunds on Custom Orders: All sales are final for customized items. Please carefully review your design proofs, size charts, and order details before final approval.

  • Exchanges for Defective Items or Garment Failure: Eligible issues include printing errors, stitching flaws, fabric damage during production, or garment failure resulting from normal use and washing.

  • Reporting a Defect or Failure: To qualify for an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

  • Condition Requirement: Items must be unworn, unwashed (except in the case of failure after normal use), and in their original packaging when applicable.

  • Non-Eligible Issues: Sizing errors, color variations due to screen displays, or customer-provided design mistakes are not considered defects or failures.
